We checked out the Pencil Factory lofts, and it was pretty nice. Only thing is all the review sites are basically 50/50. And those sites you can never tell if staff are writing them. And I know there was a shooting there in 2010, but can any actual tenants of the Pencil Factory give opinions? Are there a lot of apartment break ins?
